The Louvre has to be the most (bittersweet) romantic song ...a poor museum item who only comes alive at night as does his love after the tourists have left...but come the dawn and she leaves him and he turns back into marble...albeit marble with a broken heart...and he lives this heartbreak every dusk till dawn..now how poingant is that???

I love "Slow Boat". I was at a show in the states in the late 70's and yelled "SLOW BOAT" during a lull. The re-action from Ron and Russell was unmistakable (Not to mention the reaction from those around me). They didn't play the song so Slow Boat is second best. lol.

I loved a quote(can't recall if it was Ron or Russ)at the time of the album's release...it was saying how a couple of frisky youngsters sneaked off for a bit of how's yer father(I'm paraphrasing BTW) under the table while the other diners carried on unaware...the quote was,"Its a sort of 'Let Them Eat Cake' scenario!"
