In the upcoming Netflix film 'Spaceman' there is a song written and performed by Max Richter and Sparks called 'Don't Go Away'. Does anyone know where this song is originally from (or if it's a new song)?

Good find! I hadn't heard anything about this before. It looks like it's a new song for the film, as it's a co-write.

Max Richter also performed at Glastonbury last summer. He shared the stage with actress Tilda Swinton.

I've seen the film which I really enjoyed I have to say. It's totally 'out there' if you enjoy sci-fi & not meant to be taken too seriously. The song is played while the credits roll which is a long 7 minutes. For me it gets too monotonous with the repeated 'Don't go away' lyrics. The instrumental breaks are fantastic so I think the song would sound much better, & be more powerful somewhat, if it was edited down to a 7" version of 3 to 3 & 1/2 min. That would be interesting to hear.
Anyone agree or disagree?
