I noticed the link to Ticketmaster only brought up the Troxy gig.
Either of these 2 might do?

Hopefully switch to a bigger venue in Glasgow. The Hydro holds 13,000. Ibrox Stadium 51,000.

Think venue holds around 800 so atmosphere should be great. Got lucky and had them within 60 seconds of going on sale.

The Glasgow show will be one hot ticket... with anticipation similar to that of the 2H1M debut concert in June 2012. They must surely have a second date up their sleeves.

Was totally disgusted yesterday at the lack of ticket availability! I logged on to Ticketmaster before tickets were meant to go on sale at 9:00am, tried continuously to order a couple, only to find that there were no tickets available. Yet mysteriously tickets became available on sites such as Get me in within a few minutes after 9:00am at grossly inflated prices of over 4 times their face value ! It makes me sick to find that a load of money grabbers who have absolutely no interest in either Sparks OR Franz Ferdinand managed to get a hold of tickets with the only intention of reselling them at a huge profit! Lifelong fans of Sparks like myself and probably most people on here, were left extremely disappointed. Surely some of the powers that be should have noticed this, and can see that either a larger venue is required or else extra gigs to cope with the demand, after all Franz Ferdinand are a Glasgow band and demand for tickets of fans of both groups in Glasgow was going to mean that such a small venue was going to sell out very quickly! Perhaps someone can explain to me just how these ticket touts can manage to get a hold of tickets for gigs like this and yet true fans are left utterly dissapointed.

Yep, I commented as it was happening. The tout site price was moving up as minutes passed. It's not even the fact that the ticket price more than doubled, it's the adding on of £ 8 'processing' fee and £ 11 'delivery that grates even more

Don't forget they charge the seller a chunk too, so I reckon they're making £ 30 plus in admin charges alone.

Well said, Derann. Hopefully they'll put on another Glasgow show to compensate.

Really disappointed there wasn't a pre-sale to give genuine fans the chance to get tickets before the rip-off ticket sites bought up most of them. Ridiculous that I'll see them in Edinburgh and London, yet can't see them perform in my home city. This will be the first Glasgow gig I'll have missed in 9 years.

What's the best option parking wise for the concert ? Not bothered about cost for a few hours, just want a quick getaway as I have to drive straight back to Manchester afterwards

Probably Cambridge Street Car Park about 10 mins walk from the Art School is your best bet
