Right now it is to soon for me to say anything about it.
My opinion follows.....( there was a need to change because of "anonymous" ones. Lets see how this will do something about it!)

thing i miss from the old site was the 'view todays active topics' and the 'quick link' on the front page to the last active topic. the way it is now requires a bit more digging. one feature i'd really like is an'opening topic in new window' toggle. it's typical for me to scan all the new topics and open them all at once and then sift thru them, but i have to right-click all the time.

Will there be an archive posted of the old info? I'm new to the board, and have LOTS of questions, but don't want to be the pest who asks everything that was just discussed. :? I was hoping to search the old forum and ask what seemed to be missing... I don't want to bother folks!

also, you may have seen these before. i'm offering them to the site if you want to adopt/host them.

Well since you asked Xcott, how about a trio cartoon of Ron, Russell and Tammy - I'm thinking of something like how they performed standing up at the Brandenburg Gate?

as an icon? i'm guessing you mean just as a drawing. if that's the case it takes longer for me to do that but if you don't mind then neither do i. er...i haven't seen the Brandenburg Gate performance, that might be a problem.

anyway, i'll put on the thinking cap to arrange something tammy.

Actually I meant as an "icon" (if that's the term). They stood up all in a row and mimed to the "Angels". Not one of their most memorable performances but quite striking visually.

What about your guestbook? Will it be on again?
Some people (especially Gitte from Germany) will miss it???

I'd recommend Gitte sign up on these forums anyway, it's a much better system than that simple guestbook.

You are so right Quinn. The board is a much better place to leave messages, but probably Gitte is too shy.
Anyway, I hope many, many more will register for this message board.
