Thats fair enough Alex, but the venue is advertising the tickets on sale date and prices to anyone, so I thought by now it would be officially announced on here, thats all I was saying! _________________ Don't let it get me! |

Argghhhh! I keep refreshing the UCLA Sparks page, but still no link to tickets! Looks like the sales actually may not start until 10 a.m. (1 p.m. my time!) |

I'm having the same issue. Can get to ticket page now but not beyond 'find seats'. They clearly weren't ready for us! _________________ I'm Not .... Getting dressed today! |

LOL! Okay I have just purchased 3 single seats when I only needed one. (Kept getting better seats every time I looked)
So if anyone needs one (or two) I have seats in the Left Section row A seat 25 and same section row B seat 27 for $40.00 each. (Face value)

Whoo hoo!!!! Row FF Center!
I am SO HAPPY!!!!!
Do they usually do music store appearances/signings before their LA shows? I need to start looking into flights and am wondering if I should arrive a day or two early. |

That was so stressful!
I got Row CC on the UCLA site only to have something go awry. Tried again and had the same thing happen. Went over to Ticketmaster and found nothing very exciting. Then came back to ULCA and fiinally I got Row D Left.
Of course, I'm secretly hoping that I'll still get those Row CC tickets in the mail instead. |

If you think that's bad... the same thing happened to me only my tickets were row AA Seats 1 & 2. It said it was unavailable after processing then it said Times Up... but I was still charged.
I called the box office and got row CC seats 3 & 5. Asked about the previous seats, they told me I wasn't the holder of those, I explained to them about the extra charge and they said they'd see what they could do.
All in all still happy with my seats, but not happy about being charged for seats that apparently aren't mine. :P |

Just got my tickets! Except I ordered over the phone and now I don't remember where my seats are. I think he said center, just under the balcony. I'm probably going to wish I'd sprung for the more expensive seats, but oh well. I generally have nothing against seated shows, but I'm a little disappointed that we won't be able to dance and jump around.
I would think there's a fair chance they'll do an in-store at Amoeba beforehand, though they didn't last time they played in LA. Not sure about any times before that. Seems possible.
Aaaahhh!!! So excited. |

I managed to book my ticket over the phone last night after realising you could only book tickets online if you lived in the States. :-( I managed to get on ROW DD. This will be my first visit to Los Angeles so I'm really looking forward to it. I've always wanted to see Sparks perform a hometown gig so I will finally get my chance. See you all at any pre-concert Sparks-O-Rama. |

I ended up getitng double charged and had to call the UCLA ticket people. I chatted with a friendly and helpful ticket girl who said that she had sold tickets to "a guy from England!" She was very impressed. I wonder if that was you, Simon?
Anyhow, she was quite curious about Sparks as she had never heard of them and had been selling tickets to their gig all morning. I think she was a student (she sounded young) so I gave her Sparks 101 and pointed her to allsparks and YouTube. I suggested that she should really use her connections and get herself a free ticket and check them out. Yay! |

Yes, it was a friendly young girl who I spoke too. It was a case of "Your Call Is Very Important To Us, Please Hold" because I was on the phone for over 40 minutes waiting in the queue & during that time I kept resetting the seats page hoping that once I got through I would get a good seat. Anyway, I think the best seat I could find was in Row F but she very kindly said that she could find a better seat for me so that's why I'm now in Row DD. |

I still can't believe they are playing at UCLA and I even get free parking, it just can't get any better!!!!!!! _________________ Break the rules and make a fool out of me |

For those who haven't bought tickets yet, you can avoid the $15 (that's right...$15!!!) Ticketmaster surcharge by purchasing your tickets through the UCLA site. It's selling pretty well considering they haven't even advertised the show in the L.A. Weekly yet, which is the what-to-do-in-L.A. Bible. _________________ Interviewer: Does your long hair make you a girl?
